We're so confident you’ll love The Lullaby Method that if you’re not satisfied for whatever reason, we'll issue you a refund.
There will be no refunds for change of mind or for incorrect purchase.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you MUST have had access to [Insert Your Product] at a minimum of 24 hours and have and be able to show the following:
1. Your proof of purchase of The Lullaby Method from Sophia Blackstone.
2. Completion of the full The Lullaby Method (verifiable by Sophia Blackstone).
You must lodge your claim within the first 14 days of purchasing The Lullaby Method. For example, if you purchased The Lullaby Method on 1 March 2024, add 30 days and the date would be 30 March. The refund would need to be lodged on or before the 30th of March for a full refund. No refund requests will be considered if not lodged within the described timeframe.
1. “You”, “Your” and “Yours” for the purposes of this guarantee means the original purchaser of the course.
2. All currency references means US dollars.
3. Sophia Blackstone reserves the right to verify the validity of all refund claims made. If your claim is assessed as valid, your refund will be paid into your nominated bank account by electronic funds transfer.
4. Sophia Blackstone has absolute discretion to determine whether Eligibility requirements have been satisfied entitling you to a refund.
5. Sophia Blackstone reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim that is misleading or fraudulent. Failure by Sophia Blackstone to enforce any of its rights at any stages does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
6. Sophia Blackstone has 60 days to assess refund claims from the complete submission of all related evidence.
7. If a claim is approved, Sophia Blackstone will make process payment within 30 calendar days of approval.
